Boarding is available at UB dorms for $175 for the week. All events will be supervised by adults and meal packages will be available.

ICE SESSIONS:

Each day will consist of 2 high intensity ice sessions.

CLASSROOM SESSIONS:

Classroom sessions will include video review of NHL/AHL game situtations, forums on how to advance through the hockey ranks, and guest speakers.

VIDEO ANALYSIS:

Each player and goaltender will be filmed for review and critique during the video analysis sessions.

OFF-ICE TRAINING:

Off-Ice sessions will include hockey specific training; dynamic warm ups, yoga/pilates; core training; flexibility; and coordination and reflex training in an instructional environment.
