Boarding is available at MCC dorms for $175 for the week. All events will be supervised by adults and meal packages will be available.

ICE SESSIONS:

Each day will consist of 2 high intensity ice sessions,

CLASSROOM SESSIONS

Classroom sessions will include video review of NHL/AHL game situtations, forums on how to advance through the hockey ranks, and guest speakers.

VIDEO ANALYSIS

Each player and goaltender will be filmed for review and critique during the video analysis sessions.

OFF-ICE TRAINING

Off-Ice sessions will include hockey specific training; dynamic warm ups, yoga/pilates; core training; flexibility; and coordination and reflex training in an instructional environment.
